About the event
GIAD is approaching, and we're counting on your support. With 300 girls (and boys) expected this year, we need volunteers to act as group 'Captains' to guide them through our exciting activities for the full GIAD experience.
Additionally, we're looking for 2 photographers—one for the photo booth and another to capture the overall event. If you have your own camera, great; otherwise, we'll have some available.
We also need 1-2 more helpers at the photo booth to assist girls with changing into pilot outfits, which they always love. Furthermore, we're seeking ladies to represent our WAI Chapter at the job fair event. If you have a pilot uniform or flight suit, please wear it to inspire the girls to envision themselves as pilots. If not, an aviation or Women in Aviation shirt will be suitable.
